Eine neue Ära für Mieter

Die Website HowMuchRent.com setzt sich für ein faireres und transparenteres Ökosystem für Mieter ein. Mieter teilen offen ihre Erfahrungen mit der Vermietung und erstellen eine Datenbank mit historischen Mieten und Immobilieninformationen aus erster Hand. Angesichts der Tatsache, dass die Miete oft die größte monatliche Ausgabe für Privatpersonen ist, ist HowMuchRent.com bestrebt, den Mietern wichtige Informationen zu bieten, bevor sie aus einer neuen Wohnung ein Zuhause machen. Wir setzen uns dafür ein, das Narrativ unzähliger positiver und negativer Mietgeschichten zu bewahren, die sonst unerzählt bleiben würden.

Im Gegensatz zu Plattformen, die hauptsächlich Vermieter bedienen, wird HowMuchRent.com so konzipiert, dass der Mieter im Vordergrund steht. Wir bieten einen umfassenden Überblick über den Mietmarkt mit historischen Mietpreisen, detaillierten Immobilienbewertungen und Bewertungen. Wir laden alle, die sich auf dem irischen Mietmarkt bewegen, ein, sich unserer Mission zur Förderung von Transparenz und Rechenschaftspflicht anzuschließen, indem sie ihre Bewertungen und Mieten zu HowMuchRent.com beitragen. Konzentrierte Bemühungen um Mietdruckzonen (Rent Pressure Zones, RPZs)

Unsere Bemühungen konzentrieren sich insbesondere auf Rent Pressure Zones (RPZs). In den letzten Monaten haben wir über 1.000 Immobilien mit Raten von über 2% identifiziert, was unser Engagement für faire Preise unterstreicht. In einem innovativen Schritt haben wir über 15.000 Urteile des Residential Tenancies Board transkribiert. Auf diese Weise können Benutzer feststellen, ob ein Vermieter oder Mieter zuvor in Rechtsstreitigkeiten verwickelt war, z. B. in Fragen im Zusammenhang mit der Rückgabe von Kautionen, Räumungen oder unbezahlten Rechnungen. Diese Berichte sind zwar auf der RTB-Website im PDF-Format öffentlich verfügbar (was bedeutet, dass Google die Berichte nicht indexiert), aber wir integrieren sie ausschließlich in unsere Plattform, sodass sie auf HowMuchRent.com zugänglich und einsehbar sind.

Befürwortung einer Reform der Mietgebühren und der Kautionsabwicklung

Wir sind der festen Überzeugung, dass die Mietgebühren und die Verwaltung von Kautionen einer Reform bedürfen. Wir setzen uns dafür ein, dass alle von Vermietern berechneten Mieten öffentlich zugänglich sind und dass Mietkautionen treuhänderisch verwahrt werden. Die RTB wurde vor 9 Jahren beauftragt, ein Mietkautionssystem anzubieten ( https://www.irishexaminer.com/news/arid-41315608.html), doch seitdem wurden keine Maßnahmen ergriffen. Wir drängen weiterhin auf diese Änderungen, um einen faireren Mietmarkt für alle zu gewährleisten. Danke, dass du zu uns gekommen bist.
