You may use the Platform to search for and view rental listings from multiple rental portals. You may also create an account on the Platform to save your search preferences and to receive notifications about new rental listings.
HowMuchRent is a search tool that gathers public information and it is not responsible for any information regarding its listings. The platform also does not ensure that every result from the sources are listed.
If you break the law in any respect, you are wholly responsible, and we are not in any way responsible for any damage you cause or any laws or regulations you have infringed, and you expressly undertake to indemnify us against any losses or damages caused. You may not post descriptions in breach of your private contractual agreements with third parties. We are in no way responsible for any infringements by you of the law or any regulations or any contract. You must not add descriptions that could be threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous or inflammatory.
You may not use the Platform for any of the following purposes:
To violate any law or regulation.
To spam or abuse other users.
To use the Platform in any way that is harmful or disruptive.
To defame anyone via your descriptions.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The most current version of the Agreement will always be posted on the Platform. If you continue to use the Platform after a change to the Agreement, you will be deemed to have accepted the new Agreement.

We will act immediately to deal with the issue. If you have found a security issue with the site, we believe in responsible disclosure and [email protected] is the correct channel for such information.
